How to reduce RAM consumption?

Every day the memory consumption of the running client grows directly proportionally to the number of chats and messages,
is it possible to somehow make sure that the chats are not loaded, I think this should reduce the memory consumption
When the client started, it consumed 300 MB. After a month, it already consumes 1200 MB ram
