Changes to Existing Website vs New Redesign

Existing website

• should focus on whatever information is necessary for the WIAD22 events
• expected changes only:
  • update Sponsor page (WIAD22 sponsorship, treasurer information
  • update About (mention of World IA Association)
  • homepage (feature Stephanie)

Redesign

• No changes to the redesign objectives and scope for redesign document
• would need to define content and concept for the homepage as part of the redesign
• content changes that are being made for the existing may be included as content requirements for the new redesign

Next steps

• need to formalize the Website Steering committee
• need a plan with milestones - Ghada will work on this for the next steering meeting
• provide existing site analytics to research team as additional data inputs
