Accessibility considerations

We have an accessibility partnership with Ilumino.

Assuming:

• images will have alt text defined during content phase
• tables will have figcaptions, etc
• links will have alt text and link purpose (descriptve)
• wireframes and documentation will have tab index and focus defined
• document structure and headings are clear and navigable

What steps could we take with accessibility early in the process so that we don't end up refactoring work? Are we missing anything that we can make sure to account for in the content and design stage?
