I have IPv6 disable on my x86 appliance and PBS works fine, nonetheless with the arm64 appliance (Raspberry Pi 4B) with IPv6 disabled I will not be able to connect to the PBS web console ip address:8007, I am able to ping and SSH, but no PBS webui, as soon as I enable IPv6 I will be able to connect to the webui, thanks

I had to enable IPv6 with a new Armbian build for my SBC in order to run the proxy service properly.

There is no ipv6 requirement for pbs. It runs fine on my RPi4 with arm64 debian/bookworm.

Maybe a problem with your distributions.

Have a look at the services log and if the service is listening:
ss -tlp sport 82 for the api
ss -tlp sport 8007 for the proxy
