Problem

  • Currently we are doing some of this checks when creating the draft, but don't give users options to associate imported info with existing predefined info like sender name, hazard event type etc, but instead we create new entries if no match is found

Solution

  • During the loading process, after succefully parsing the XML alert, check if the following info matches
    • Info Event type should match predifined hazard types, that have icons assigned. Give option to update the event type, or create new one, and associate with an Icon.
    • For Sender details, inform users when a new one will be created, with an option to select from existing ones

Benefit

  • We dont end up for example with alot of event types that are similar but created separately due to typos etc
