General inability to use the tool belt at all leads to issues when equipped in the belt slot

More info on why such is a problem is required and I kinda hope that the API changes for 1.21 will fix the issues

If it was possible to figure out exactly why this was an issue I would release a fix but at this moment I have little to no idea at the moment and am actively trying to focus development on later versions to minimise work load.
