Bug Description

Docs currrently have a draft of the specs.

Expected Behaviour

Up-to-date specs are expected.

Current Behaviour

Draft Docs only.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to /docs folder.
Read the docs.
The docs are dated.

Additional Information

Formatting for User Cases. Specs for On-chain, and Specs for Off-chain (later.)
