Feature Description

If needed, add sequence number per Delegator to increase security or claims that intermediate trees have been removed. This seems not very useful because the block number might be enough.

Not needed because root cannot be removed now and we have checkpoints arrays. Maybe related to using snapshotIds / blockTags.
