I don't see the domain hiding link any more in my search results.
Maybe it's related to that Google recently rolled out that update to me that shows detailed information about the result if I click on the three dots.

Edit: it works, but not consistenly. Haven't found any way to see what makes this work or not.
Such a useful extension!

The only way it works for me now is to go to the result domain and click the 'Block current host' button in the addon icon dropdown.

Appears to work consistently here now across two macOS boxes.

I'm using Firefox Developer Edition, currently at 94.0b9 (64-bit):

Try exporting your blacklist to disk, remove and reinstall the extension, try again.
If you use Firefox, try creating a new, fresh profile and install the extension there, or try Firefox Nightly or Firefox Dev Edition and deploy the extension there. If one of those works, you know there is snafu with your main browser somehow, possibly a conflict with another extension. My guess is an ad-blocker, in-browser, is interfering.

I think the problem is Google constantly does these tiny completely undocumented A/B test UI changes, there's just no way to get the same page as OP (and I also have this issue) even if we provide exact URLs. The remove link also just disappeared from my current search results page, whiich looks slightly different from that screenshot, for example. We hve the same problem with 'restore view image' extensions, every few months Google changes a couple lines of code for 25% of their users and they break,

It's really annoying but but I suspect we're gonna have to wait a bigger rollout for the devs to account for it. Guess I'll switch to Bing for a while.

I ended up switching to uBlacklist since, which also works on image search results.

Thanks for the tip for uBlacklist, I'm now trialling that.
Thanks to wildskyf for personal-blocklist over the years. Such a useful extension. Great that it had the feature to export the site-list so could be added directly to ublacklist. Hope both can be continued to be maintained.
