Redirect to Globus login instead of landing page if not authenticated

www.wholetale.org serves as our primary landing page. Instead of redirecting unauthenticated users to dashboard.wholetale.org, just redirect them to the Globus login page (for all routes).

• Going to https://dashboard.wholetale.org would redirect to globus login. After successful login, you would be redirected to the browse page
• Logout would take you to www.wholetale.org
