Need for improvement of README file

The readme file is missing important information such as:

• Deployment instructions of the project
• Need more development/getting started instruction
• Travis link is broken

@johncordeiro I can help with the writing, I just need to know how to deploy it. I'm having trouble with the environment variables; I tried to infer some things by reading the settings.py file, but I didn't succeed. As a suggestion, I also propose implementing a docker-compose file to deploy all the modules, excluding Keycloak.
