I can't add my device

Hey guys.
I'm trying to activate webos dev manager on my lg tv but I can't set up my setup device.

The blue button "finish" remains light blue and then i can't continue.

Can you help me?
I've already done this process before but now i don't know what it's happening.

Try to disable the development mode, then uncheck all User Agreements options, after that, apply the user Agreements again and active the Development mode again
