Auto-renew dev mode option

The options for auto-renewal of dev mode are limited, and IFTTT isn't even free.

Could include the tutorial I created as one of the options because it's fully automatic, uses GitHub actions which is trustworthy and completely free.

Other alternatives such as pabbly are really crappy with their free plans and have limits.

@VVispy Reset timer with GitHub action is a really cool idea. The guide looks fine too. FYI you can use pictures in the dev mode guide if you want.
