Error when rendering data from "Firefox WebCompat interventions" dashboard #459

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 97.0a1 (2021-12-08), Chrome 96.0.4664.93
Operating System: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to http://webcompat-dashboard.herokuapp.com/intervention?start=2021-01-01&end=2021-12-09&distribution=upstream&type=all&=undefined
Observe the "Firefox WebCompat interventions" dashboard.

Expected Behavior:
[TBD] Dashboard is removed.
[TBD] Data is retrieved and rendered correctly.

Actual Behavior:
No data is rendered and an error message is displayed.

@softvision-oana-arbuzov thanks I have to disable this part. the endpoint is no longer available.
