Аbstract
Optimize the GC usage for snapshots

Motivation and Purposes
It may or may not save time to predict the number of snapshots to allocate memory once. It is more complicated for InvokeScriptTx, because each action produces a different number of snapshots

Specification
Research on what is better and faster needs to be done
