Can Open-saas work with an existing app?

I have two a working webapps. One is written in Python (FastAPI) backend + React front-end as an working tool demo; the other is a pure Python flask based webapp.

They only have the core functionality (think of each of them as a working web tool for myself now), but no payment (Stripe) + Auth + etc., ... which are the needed functionality for a commercial SaaS.

Is it possible for me to use open-saas to package either of them into a commercial SaaS? Thanks.
