Wanchain WanWalletGui Wallet 1.0.0 Not Syncing

I've been running WanWalletGui 1.0.0 since early 2018 with no issues, every time I open the wallet it syncs with no issues. Today I opened and sync is stuck at 3,199,999 blocks and needle not moving nor is it showing, see: Wan-Issues-1.jpg

Have tried reinstalling the wallet for recovery but I get a error, tried installing in 2 different cpus but get error "Wanchain node connection error" see: Wan-Issues-2.jpg

Hoping this is a clogged network issue. Please help if any ideas.

I am having the same issue since a week. Further blocks are not getting downloaded. Current version 3.0.28. Please help

You have to update wallet's gwan node to continue sync. You can try to download a new version or update in the wallet pop window.

Better to use the light desktop wallet .

After downloading blocks about 4045999, it failed to connect the node. The latest WanWalletGui 3.0.28 is installed.

The light desktop wallet asks two types of password & KEYSTORE file. I have only one password & keystore file which was taken backup from wanwalletgui. Backup of seed phrase was not available at that time. How can I import the phrase into light desktop wallet

Since the upgrade never allowed the wallet to sync, I re-downloaded the old wallet and reinstalled it, everything went back to normal (working fine). I have not upgraded because it wasn't working, but that was long ago, I haven't checked ever since. Issue might have been solved.

Where did you find the old wallet to re download it ??

Man, that was a long time ago, but I'm pretty sure that if you install the newer wallets right into your same CPU it will have your WAN in there, it's all in the blockchain, make sure you have the backup for the original wallet. Here is the link to the new wallets (https://www.wanchain.org/getstarted/), if not go to their developers section and ask the bot on lower left about older wallets (https://wandevs.org/search/?q=wallet)... I insist the newer wallets on the same CPU should work.
