This is a feature request

Problem

With #335, work around different protobuf libraries were tracked for js-waku.
One idea that came with the same was to test these different implementations against a live simulations testing suite of sorts, similar to that being developed by the Logos team. (#335 (comment))

Proposed Solutions

Run js-waku with different protobuf implementations against the Logos simulation suite, with messages of varying sizes to interpret the statistics.
