Import error messages are not captured

My users frequently encounter CircularDependencyException errors. Rather than capturing details and communicating them to the user in the import admin form, a server error is raised.

Recommendation: handle errors by adding an error state to the form field. Still log the error with a full traceback for debugging purposes.
