We stopped including it in voxpupuli/voxpupuli-acceptance@3af25a7

Apparently we should do this instead?

We have indeed moved over to https://github.com/voxpupuli/beaker_puppet_helpers, which replaces a bunch of gems. voxpupuli/voxpupuli-acceptance@3af25a7 has more, but we should have a Migrating section.

I updated the README.md. I would like to archive this repo too. I pinged Josh and Craig on slack and asked if Puppet still uses it. Maybe Puppet want's to take over ownership.

We probably should by now. eec2aab has updated the README so I'm good with it.
