Sticky device selection (predictably only switch bitrate on device X)

Steps

1. Plug in your DAC
2. In Selected Device -> select the desired device
3. LosslessSwitcher does its thing ❤️
4. Unplug the DAC
5. MacOS changes default audio device to previous/first (i.e. "Macbook Pro Speakers" or Airpods)

Expected

LosslessSwitcher goes into disabled state.
Because we have manually selected the DAC to be controlled, I don't want it to control other random devices (i.e. built in speakers)

Actual

LosslessSwitcher gets notified that device went away.
LosslessSwitcher now controls either default audio device, or random other device (like Airpods or macbook speakers)
