New Release (v0.4.148) needs git installed

Unfortunately my pipelines running on self-hosted runners are not functional with the new release, since it now seems to require git being installed.

Here's the error message:

While this is of course something to fix on the user side, it would probably be helpful to include this in the changelog.

It's a bug, let me fix it. (Vike should fallback to fast-glob if Git isn't installed.)
