Add resources to R

Add resources for R language - books, blogs, video lessons, etc.

CodeSchool is now part of Pluralsight; a paid platform.

Try R - CodeSchool should be removed as it is redirecting to a paid resource i.e. https://www.pluralsight.com/search?q=R.
