USER14: Make trackball behave as scroll wheel sometimes makes the mouse less sensitive

Sometimes (maybe like 1 in 10) when using the hold to make trackball act as a scroll wheel, when release the trackball is considerably slower than it usually is. I have to press the button again, sometimes a few times, until it properly resets to the correct speed.
