After some time commands provided by runtime become unknown

Hi there,

I have the next case: after some time, commands provided by runtime (node, npm) become unknown. I do not know if there is some trigger for that or if it's just a purely time-related thing, but it for sure happens. In old Tmux tabs, those commands are unknown. In the new ones, all is OK.

Env:

• macos 13.6.6 (22G630)
• kitty 0.35.1
• fish, version 3.7.1
• vfox version 0.5.3

Any ideas on how to debug this issue?

I am pretty sure that with fnm (my previous node versions manager), I did not have this issue
