DEBIAN: packages don't get their PKGDATADIR set properly #510

This results in the deb package installation of e.g. voxedit not finding the lua scripts or font for the text brush

debian/rules should also define -DPKGDATADIR:PATH=/usr/share/vengi-XXX per cmake component
