ERROR: cannot verify github.com's certificate, issued by ‘xxx Web Secure Internet Gateway CA’:
Unable to locally verify the issuer's authority.
To connect to github.com insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'.
tar: v1.11.0.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
