The application uses the 1.16.7 version of keeweb.
This version was published 1 year ago.
Is there any issue to use the latest version of keeweb (v1.18.7)?

Check out my fork https://github.com/contrun/keeweb-local-server . I added a github action to build the latest keeweb automatically. Since it requires the docker hub credentials. I don't know if I can contribute back to this repo.
