waitForContent method for wc-route's and wc-route bases, that can be directly accessed #34

currently wc-route's (and bases) have a waitForContent available only when the "load" (or its future renamed) event is called,

ensure it immediately resolves if the content is already loaded

something like

const wcroute = document.querySelector("wcroute[path='/some/path']);
await wcroute.waitForContent();
