The current readme is the default angular readme we have to normalize it as the other repositories.

I did some preliminary work on the commit above, to have the minimum information and to be consistent with the other readmes. It would be nice to add more information about how to serve the front, badges, and hosted location, ref to a small guide about how to (maybe the demo video?)
