Third test version of an mostly optimized deployment build of Chromium with Syphon Clients as video capture devices.

Some notes.

• This works like a normal camera, meaning you may have to click on the Camera icon in chrome to find available Syphon Servers
• Much faster than previous versions, using optimized OpenGL to ingest Syphon Server images.
• You will have to re-launch chrome if your Syphon Server was not available when Chrome was initially launched. New tabs / refreshing doesnt seem to fix this.
