Add nochange/enable/disable options for Appstreams selection from within Activation keys

It was brought up in Community hours Oct 2024 that when bootstrapping with an Activation key that has Modules selected from Appstreams tab that it would only allow you to "enable" the module.

It would be nice if this worked more like how System Set Manager manager works when changing channels. SSM offers you the options of "No change"/"Subscribe"/"Unsubscribe". Something similar for enabling/disabling/no change would be nice for Activation keys and Appstream modules.
