Download through UTM doesn't resume if broken/interrupted

Describe the issue
Clicked the Download link on the UTM site to grab the Debian 11 LXDE image, to open directly in UTM. It progressed until about 30% then failed. If I try to restart, it starts again from 0%. I was expecting it to resume from the point upto which download had completed.
