Migrated from usgs/nshm-cous-2014#27

The postgres tables used to generate input files for Fortran (via fltrate.2.f) should be modified to:

  • Be more future proof
  • Provide consistent names
  • Use nshmp-haz enum equivalents as IDs for fields that represent logic tree branches (e.g. for slip rate (ZENG, BIRD, GEO)

Also needed:

  • Export utilities to read postgres db or GIS and create versionable XML.
  • Alternate fault source model that includes slip rate from which MFDs can be derived.
