This issue is to collect idea what we can use and implement this.

I've also heard complaints of "What's tiaas" from people teaching on EU... who just missed it.

Do something like this: make them large buttons and avoid content, move the content to other pages. E.g. downtime notifications / gdpr notice / etc go under a "policy" button. "Need training?" moves to another page with a button and clear call to action
