Use the workflow here: https://github.com/usegalaxy-be/usegalaxy-be-tools/blob/b76b7cd352fec4ccdd7cce6f479c4ada62711f04/.github/workflows/update-trusted.yml as a starting point for a workflow that syncs the https://github.com/usegalaxy-be/usegalaxy-be-tools/blob/b76b7cd352fec4ccdd7cce6f479c4ada62711f04/belgium-custom.yaml file with the tools installed according to galaxy's api, which ephemeris can fetch using https://ephemeris.readthedocs.io/en/latest/commands/get-tool-list.html

Question is if we want to exclude tools in the tools_iuc.yaml during this sync.
