Github services github-prs fails with 404 status code

As a developer I want to use .. needservice:: github-prs without receiving Stauts code: 404

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Current Behavior 😯

.. needservice:: github-prs
   :specific: my-org/my-repo/1212

This example above fails with 404

.. needservice:: github-issues
   :specific: my-org/my-repo/1212

This example is successfull.

Expected Behavior 🤔

According to your docs:

... This query fetches a specific pull request with the id 161

I expect the behaviour the other way arround. It's successfull without 404 error code. Referencing a PR number using github-issues fails. Acceptable would be both are successfull.
