• Shelter expenses, which include amount of expenses, how often paid. Is "shelter" defined as rent/mortgage/home?

• Child support expenses, paid to non-HH member

• policy holder name, Insurance company name, policy number, group name/number, when did insurance start, when did or will this insurance stop if it does?, Did or will insurance end bc policy holder lost employment, Did or will any children lose insurance because employer stopped coverage?
