New Nuget Package

When will a new nuget package be released, currently the current source code doesn't encompass some pretty major issues, for example pull request #610 which resolved a major issues that stopped this library from working on multi threaded WPF applications.

There is a fork that took all PRs, built FFMediaElement against .Net 6 and FFMpeg 6 and published a Nuget-package
