Every time libicu is upgraded on Archlinux, Chromium refuses to start when it cannot find the old version of libicu. Current error:

/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.73: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

pacman -Qi icu:

Name            : icu
Version         : 74.2-1
...
