Auto-Run stops working after a run is saved #389

Steps to reproduce:

Check "Auto-Run" in the Model Execution Configuration
Change parameters to see auto-run working
Click to save current run
Change parameters again (the graphs on the variables panel don't update anymore but the Auto-run button still shows the pause icon

Possible solutions:

Reset the "Run" button to indicate that "Auto-run" is paused/disabled after a run is saved
Update the new blue line automatically when parameters are changed again
