Catgym environment configuration

Dear scholars,
I am having problems with many python package version conflicts when trying to create a catgym environment, such as simple-nn 20.2 with numpy, tensorflow, matplotlib, etc. Also, I realized that there is no catgym image on Docker Hub.
I would appreciate if you could provide the version of python and all the package versions!
