Expected behavior

  • Both the AQM WE2E test and NRT (Near Real-Time) run on WCOSS2.

Current behavior

  • The AQM input data directory for fire emission (AQM_FIRE_DIR) is defined in ush/machine/wcoss2.yaml. However, the fire emission data for WE2E and NRT are stored in different locations on WCOSS2.
  • The run_fcst task fails due to a missing source attribute in the result NetCDF file of the AQM_ICS task on Cactus. It does not happen on Hera and Dogwood (another WCOSS2).
