cant perform inRange operation on HSV image. #64

Hi,
I am following this tutorial : https://opencv-python-tutroals.readthedocs.io/en/latest/py_tutorials/py_imgproc/py_colorspaces/py_colorspaces.html. I wanted to perform inRange operation on HSV image but inRange requires 4 channels( BGRA or RGBA). we can't perform this operation. is there any work around to perform this.
