Image Loading

It would be kind of nice to have an image task that you can give a src and dest to that would get images and load them into the themes /images/vendor/ folder. Example is you use npm to include say the lightbox package. Well I can configure my theme tasks to load the js, the css, but I have to manually copy paste the image files for the lightbox controls into the theme and re-link them using css.
