"Primary Navigation Mobile Placement | NOT YET ACTIVE" is not compatible with twig_tweak dd()

When I use this setting, it creates a duplicate menu causing Symfony vardumper to attach two identical <script> tags, thereby creating duplicate expand buttons on dd() arrays, which expands/collapses them immediately.

I doubt this will impact many users, but thought I'd log it since it took me a while to figure out the cause of the duplication :-)
