Allow CORS

I want to integrate type definitions on http://drake7707.github.io/Typescript-Editor/, which is a browser based typescript scratchpad, but I can't access the API due to the CORS limitations.

Happy to enable, but it's probably better to use NPM's @types namespace nowadays. Typings will hopefully be deprecated once microsoft/types-publisher#4 lands and we can get the last few Typings-specific features into TypeScript.

Ah, thanks for the heads up, I'll put the integration on hold until the new system is in place.
