I posted this question on github, to ask if there is a github issue: https://code.devsnc.com/dev/app-impact-cust/pull/1853. But we have prehook approval requirements in github with 2 approvals and I have setup husky precommits to verify that specific file names or settings in a file don't exist and then the precommit fails or succeeds based on those checks. Is there something within that precommit hook that could cause a git branch to bypass PR approval requirejents?
