Summary:
Please handle anchors, subdirs, and query params

Steps to repro:

Go to http://go/test?q=test (test resolves to http://google.com)

Expected Result:
2. Actually redirected to http://google.com/?q=test (which is a search result page)

Actual Result:
2. Watch as my carefully crafted query params, et. al are lost. :(

Please fix.
