Regarding support

In our company we are thinking to give it a try this library since it provides beautiful automation dashboard to monitor test result.

Curious to know if we use this library and need any support how quickly we can get the response back ?

This is a multi billion company and if observed issue not resolved in short time it will impact company revenue so want to make sure ahead of time before we use this open source library.

I have gone thru some open issues which people have reported and noticed those are answered after week or month.
